Client Relationship Associate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and scrutinizing credit information for lease applications.
• Follow up on client applications to ensure completeness and timely processing.
• Support the monitoring of customer accounts and performance.
• Ensure compliance with KYC policies and internal operating procedures.
• Operate as a team player, ensuring the achievement of the department's goals.
• Acquire and build business relationships with new customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs set by Management.
• Participate in client, company, and supplier visits when required.
• Project professional business image, promote and uphold the company's values.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (prior experience in the financial sector will be an advantage).
• Basic knowledge in AML/CFT and compliance frameworks would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office
