Our client in the hospitality sector is seeking for passionate and authentic professional dedicated to a service of excellence to take up the challenge as Business and Revenue Analyst.
Responsibilities:
. Verifies data at several levels
. Analyses future reservations by zone, market
. Responds to requests for statistical information
. Collects and compiles data effectively, prepare and generate statistical reports such as Holding Analysis Report every fortnight
. Prepares 'ad hoc' Analysis Report
. Coordinates update of statisical data regularly
. Performs statistical processing and graphic representations
. Automate statistical processing and graphic representations
. Automates statistical procedures for data processing
. Operates programs for validation and data processing
. Assists and bring contribution in other marketing related issues
Profile:
. HSC with good 'A' level in Statistics and Mathematics or equivalent
. Diploma in Statistics or Economics from a recognised institution
. First experience of Front Office in hotel sector would be an advantage
. Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
. Perfect mastery of Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables) and Power Point
. Well versed in using statistical tools
. Experience with maintaining simple and moderately complex databases through data entry, data queries and database design modification
. Proficient in analysing, interpreting and communicating statistical data results
. Skill in organising tasks, documents and materials with efficiency and accuracy
