We are currently looking for a dynamic and versatile individual willing to take up the challenge for the post of Business Support Officer.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the department, including coordinating meetings, raising purchase orders, processing invoices for payment and other tasks assigned
- Update and maintain databases of leads, client interactions and contacts using CRM software and excel
- Prepare agenda and take minutes of meetings
- Assist in preparation of presentation slides and reports for management
- Assist with market research for specific projects
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders to follow-up on assigned tasks
- Assist in organising company events, conferences, or workshops
Academic background, Skills and Experience required:
- Diploma in business administration or related field preferred, but will consider HSC leaver
- At least 2 years of working experience in secretary and/or corporate support role
- Able to handle sensitive information and documents with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Diligence, attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
