As a Data Analyst your role will be to use advanced collection and analytical methods to extract, analyse, and present data enabling users to dive into media and telecom markets issues and lead data-driven business decisions.

 

Key responsibilities

As a Data Analyst your role will be to use advanced collection and analytical methods to extract, analyse, and present data enabling users to dive into media and telecom markets issues and lead data-driven business decisions.

Over time and collaborating with market analysts and IT teams, you will take the responsibility of the end-to-end implementation of cutting-edge media and telecom projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving existing dashboards to ensure data accuracy, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs. Finally, you will identify new technologies and solutions, including AI, that could lead to additional meaningful data insights, methods and processes and drive the business forward.


In your scope, you will be responsible for the following missions:

  • Ensure the ongoing quality and reliability of the platform by resolving reported issues and delivering enhancements requested by internal teams and clients

  • Act as a liaison between various business units (analysts, sales, marketing, IT) to integrate all requirements and drive key operational metrics

  • Part of a three-member team, overseeing the company’s data integrity and ensuring existing processes run smoothly

  • Supervise the data lifecycle of existing projects, from organizing the data collection, optimizing workflows and processes to designing critical analytical dashboards, reports and queries to drive data analysis and identify prescriptive solutions customers

  • Proactively contribute ideas for generating new insights from existing data

  • Explore new technologies and systems to implement additional analytical techniques and kickstart new data acquisition projects

 

Your profile

  • Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business or related analytical field

  • Analytical thinking, technical affinity and quick comprehension skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms to cross functional teams

  • Capable of working independently and remotely from the rest of the team

  • Good project management and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in creating data visualisations using tools like Tableau (preferred) or Power BI

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Knowledge of programming languages in Python or R

  • Full professional proficiency in English
