The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting prospects on-site, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships. This is a field-based role requiring strong networking skills, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, startups, corporate entities)
- Conduct on-site visits and meetings to present MCS services
- Generate and qualify new leads through field prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Represent MCS at business events, networking sessions, and industry functions
- Prepare proposals and follow up on client inquiries
- Work closely with management to develop growth strategies
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular activity reports
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or any relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in corporate services, finance, or professional services) with proven track records
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable with face-to-face client engagement
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
