The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting prospects on-site, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships. This is a field-based role requiring strong networking skills, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, startups, corporate entities)
  • Conduct on-site visits and meetings to present MCS services
  • Generate and qualify new leads through field prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Represent MCS at business events, networking sessions, and industry functions
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on client inquiries
  • Work closely with management to develop growth strategies
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular activity reports
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or any relevant qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in corporate services, finance, or professional services) with proven track records
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable with face-to-face client engagement
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
