Reporting to the Managing Director, the Job Holder shall be responsible for the development and implementation of Business strategies and deliver results as per the business plan approved by the Board. He/She shall ensure that capacity and resources are maximised at the best margin.

The Job Incumbent also helps in defining organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market.

Work Experience, Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position in a dynamic commercial environment.
- A Degree in Marketing/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
- A high level of expertise in his/her field, good technical knowledge of Marketing and Project Management, together with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local/regional market.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to develop, plan and implement short to long term goals.
- Ability to maintain high standards of corporate governance principles.
