Business Development Executive / Account Manager

To provide support to the day to day operations of the Emtel Business team (corporate sales).

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased revenue
  • Follow up requests and complaints from customers for all business related
  • Assist customers in giving continuous written and verbal feedback within the agreed set of time
  • Oversee all post-sales services at Emtel Business, Customer Experience and EHD provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies effectively for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns
  • Work with the team leads to improve services and identify opportunities on the market
  • Supervise the operations of after sales teams from planning for installation and usage of customer
  • Liaise with other departmental to discuss business plans for enhancing performance and satisfaction
  • Direct and coordinate with the internal team to ensure clients are being served appropriately in line with set customer service standards
  • Visit customers before and after sales to reach the Data Sales target and find new customers on data (internet, VPN, IPL, PRI/SIP, Cloud, Data Centre, war seats, Firewall etc.)
  • Be informed of all churn requests to ensure that customer feedback is being captured and issues being addressed to prevent recurrence of same issue
  • Monthly update of competitor’s analysis and Product Matrix
  • Prepare needs analysis and present all services
  • Prepare and submit proposals
  • Negotiate and close deal with appropriate offers and ICTA approved price

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or in any other related field
  • Minimum of three-year work experience with customer selling skills
  • Direct selling experience within the Telecom/IT Sector will be an advantage

Required Skills and aptitudes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Team oriented person with positive attitude
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office

Candidate must possess a valid driving license for a private car.
