Skills required
•Degree in Sales or equivalent.
•Experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
•Knowledge of Microsoft product licensing and Cloud services. An understanding of IT. Infrastructure, networking and security is a plus.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to negotiate and close deals to achieve Sales Targets.
•Be able to identify customer needs and pain points and provide appropriate solutions.
•Fast learner and passion for new technologies and sales.
•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
•Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
•Ability to work in team.
Duties
•Identify potential clients, presenting products and services and closing sales to meet target.
•Responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling products or services (Cloud and Microsoft) to existing and prospective customers including Upselling and Cross selling.
•Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong positive business and customer relationships ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. This includes reaching out to customer leads through various methods, including cold calling and networking.
•Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
•Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services as well as sending proposals.
•Maintaining and updating a healthy Sales pipeline to track performance.
•Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
•Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
•Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
