In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. You’ll be the bridge between business and technology, ensuring projects deliver real value and align with strategic goals. Key Responsibility

  • Partner with business units and control functions to gather and document requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Analyse complex processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams during system implementations and upgrades.
  • Develop cost/benefit analyses and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Support change management and assess the impact of process or system changes.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Participate in testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and foster a culture of collaboration.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • Background in management consulting, business operations, or financial services is advantageous.
  • Proven ability in project management, change management, and process re-engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, matrixed environment and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
