The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for ERP systems.

- Core Business Analysis Skills
- Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills.
- Process modelling (flowcharts, Visio etc.).
- Knowledge of ERP business processes (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Sage).
- Understanding of ERP modules and how they integrate (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Jet Reports).

Duties
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Document business processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
2. Process Design & Solution Mapping
- Map “as-is” processes and design “to-be” processes aligned with ERP capabilities.
- Identify gaps between business requirements and ERP standard features.
- Recommend workarounds, configurations, or customizations where necessary.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (developers, consultants).
- Manage expectations, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with project goals.
4. Documentation
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), Use Cases, and User Stories.
- Maintain traceability from requirements to delivered functionality.
5. Testing & Validation
- Develop test scenarios and test scripts.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet requirements.
6. Implementation Support
- Assist in ERP configuration and parameterization.
- Support data migration, ensuring business rules are applied correctly.
- Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals.
7. Change Management
- Support adoption of new ERP processes.
- Identify risks and impacts of process changes.
- Facilitate smooth transition through training, communication, and support.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Suggest enhancements and new functionalities to optimize ERP usage.
- Stay updated on ERP product roadmaps and industry best practices.
