Your Playbook: Key Responsibilities

📅 Master the Schedule

• Build daily/monthly programme grids that keep fans engaged.
• Resolve live sports clashes by making smart priority calls.
• Research and schedule non-live repeats to maximize content value.

📊 Rights & Inventory Management

• Track Program Rights Inventory to avoid overuse and compliance issues.
• Maintain the program library, flagging expired content for deletion.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of highlights & magazine shows.

📈 Performance & Reporting

• Monitor ratings & viewer trends to optimize future scheduling.
• Upload EPG listings and supply press with accurate synopses.
• Manage Music Returns and report to rights organizations.

🤝 Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate schedule changes across departments.
• Handle day-to-day queries via phone, email & WhatsApp.
• Ensure monthly plans are delivered on deadline.

Skills You’ll Bring:

✔️ Detail-obsessed: Perfect schedules demand perfect accuracy.
✔️ Organizational pro: Juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
✔️ Sports guru: Strong knowledge of international sports (especially football!).
✔️ Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook & scheduling software.
✔️ Clear communicator: Fluent English (written & spoken).

Work Setup:

• 🕒 Full-time: 5 days/week (Mon–Sat) | UK Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Mauritius Time).
• 📍 Office Location: Plaine Lauzun Call Centre (Industrial Zone).
• 🚌 Commute Support: Assistance available for eligible regions.
