Your Game Plan: Key Responsibilities

🎬 Master the Daily Playlist

• Create and download daily transmission playlists with precision
• Update live program schedules with break patterns and timings from producers
• Prepare emergency backup documents for transmission operators

💰 Optimize Revenue & Compliance

• Strategically place commercials and sponsorships for maximum impact
• Strictly adhere to broadcast regulations on commercial minutage
• Coordinate sponsorship campaigns with sales teams

🔄 Quality Control & Coordination

• Reconcile transmission schedules with as-run logs daily
• Schedule promotions and marketing content in optimal slots
• Handle day-to-day scheduling queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

⚙️ Systems & Data Management

• Maintain accurate program metadata in scheduling software
• Meet tight deadlines to ensure playlists are ready for transmission

Work Environment:

• 🕒 Full-time schedule: 5 days/week (Mon-Sat) | UK Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Mauritius Time)
• 📍 Location: Plaine Lauzun Call Centre (Industrial Zone)
• 🚌 Commute support: Assistance available for eligible regions
