Brand Officer

We are seeking a Brand Officer to assist the Brand Executive with the day-to-day running of the marketing operations which include developing key strategies and leading the team to achieve set targets.

• Assist the Brand Executive in developing and implementing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with the brand’s objectives. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover consumer trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, HR, sales) and external partners to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Track campaign performance metrics, analyse results, and prepare reports for senior management to optimize future initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing brand activation events or promotion
• Assist in handling customer complaints.
