Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Development
- Support brand plans using consumer insights, market analysis, and performance data
- Identify growth opportunities through trend and competitor analysis
- Assist in developing tactical plans aligned with brand strategy
Visuals & Toolkit Execution
- Coordinate rollout of marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
- Support toolkit implementation and timely delivery to execution teams
Consumer & Market Insights
- Gather and apply consumer and trade insights to campaigns and positioning
- Monitor trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform decisions
- Share insights to drive consumer-centric thinking across teams
Performance & ROI
- Track marketing spend and evaluate brand performance (volume, share, equity)
- Support measurement activities and apply learnings to improve effectiveness
- Contribute to budget tracking to ensure efficient resource use and ROI
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, finance, supply, and production teams
- Support demand and budget forecasting
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and execution across departments
Agency & Partner Management
- Develop clear briefs aligned with global frameworks
- Monitor agency outputs and ensure delivery against timelines and objectives
- Support performance reviews and contract discussions
Marketing Execution & Quality Control
- Review creative work for brand alignment and consumer relevance
- Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints
Budget & Reporting
- Manage campaign budgets and related documentation (POs, invoices, etc.)
- Deliver monthly performance reports and executive updates
- Support tracking of category and financial KPIs
Execution Excellence
- Manage timelines and day-to-day campaign delivery
- Oversee rollout of visuals, POS materials, and toolkits
- Proactively resolve execution issues
