The Trade Marketing & Draught Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the implementation and sell-out of the company’s beer portfolio across the HORECA channel, with a strong focus on developing the draught beer business.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the implementation and sell-out of draught beer at client level, ensuring client adoption of quality standards, enhanced visibility, and profitable growth within the channel.
  • Conduct regular trade visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and achievement of visibility and operational standards, including draught equipment execution.
  • Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and rolling campaigns in collaboration with the Business Unit, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Events team to ensure operational excellence and alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, customer needs, and channel performance, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Manage the trade marketing budget (in collaboration with the RTD BU Manager) to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
  • Drive brand visibility and presence across trade channels through lighthouse executions, in-store visibility programs, and POS excellence.
  • Build, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing training, commercial tools, and on-trade support to strengthen execution and sell-out.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support brand identity development, ensuring consistency, distinctiveness, and resonance with target consumers.
  • Foster brand loyalty and advocacy through impactful trade engagement and consumer experience initiatives.
  • Maintain a results-driven, performance-oriented approach, consistently striving to exceed business objectives in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
