We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Brand, Communication and Digital Marketing Officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives across both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) portfolios.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning & Campaign Delivery
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Maintain marketing calendars, activity trackers, and timelines for B2B and B2C segments
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on briefs, content development, and deadlines
Brand, Communication & Design Support
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all communication materials
- Draft and adapt marketing copy for digital platforms, presentations, internal communications, and activations
- Design basic marketing materials using CANVA, including social posts, banners, internal slides, and posters
Purchasing
- Support the internal purchasing/supplier processes, including preparation and submission of purchase orders
- Monitor supplier invoicing, liaise with procurement and finance for follow-up and payment
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal approval processes
Digital, Social & Media Monitoring
- Assist in deploying content across social media, email platforms, and internal communication channels
- Coordinate and support content displayed on internal digital screen circuits (e.g., office/lobby screens)
- Track and maintain a schedule of radio placements and audio content delivery
- Prepare regular reports summarizing performance and visibility across:
- Social media platforms (reach, engagement, consistency)
- Radio campaigns (frequency, station, timing)
- Internal screen circuit content (updates, placement schedule, visual impact)
Event & Activation Support
- Assist with planning, logistics, and branding for events, launches, and business promotions
- Coordinate with agency, suppliers, venues, and support teams for execution
- Ensure proper event documentation and post-activation reporting
Executive & Senior Officer Support
- Assist in compiling marketing performance reports, campaign summaries, and presentations for senior management
- Assist in the preparation of visuals and content for internal meetings, strategy updates, and stakeholder briefs
- Maintain a clear and organized flow of updates and reports to senior officers and executives
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign coordination
- Proficiency in CANVA and ability to design basic marketing visuals
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and basic media tracking/reporting
