Boutique Supervisor (Trou aux Biches Beachcomber)

Organize and manage the Beachcomber Boutique section in accordance with management directives, hotel policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Organize and manage the Beachcomber Boutique section in accordance with management directives, hotel policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Supervise daily Boutique operations to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding customer service.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.   
• Maintain an attractive and welcoming Boutique environment through effective stock rotation and visual merchandising.  
• Provide regular updates to Head Office regarding Boutique activities and performance.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure proper stock control and minimize discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and financial reports.
• Foster positive employee relations and promote a strong team spirit.
