Boutique Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking person to lead the retail pole of L’Aventure du Sucre, the Village Boutik .

We are looking for a dynamic and  forward thinking  person to lead the retail pole of L’Aventure du Sucre, the Village Boutik .  As a key member of the management team, the Boutique Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning, managing and controlling of all operational retail-related activities of the Village Boutik.

Key/Primary Responsibilities :

–      Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual departmental budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions if needed;

–      Lead the product development and oversee all merchandising and display windows of the Village Boutik;

–      Generate daily sales reports and analyse data;

–      Process PO, GRN, transfers, adjustments in accounting software and to analyses and treat any issues;

–      Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities;

–      Administer all sales strategies for the Village Boutik and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of all customer transactions and monitor all complaints and provide effective resolution;

–      Maintain and manage the stock inventory program;

–      Ensure customer experience and satisfaction;

–      Manage the Village Boutik personnel effectively and ensure compliance to all procedures;

–      Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Profile :

–      Degree in Business Management or equivalent;

–      Minimum of 3 years in the retail sector;

–      Well versed with Microsoft Office,

–      Knowledge of Oracle Fusion would be a definite advantage;

–      Excellent communication skills;

–      Ability to work and lead a team;

–      Attentive to details;

–      Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
