During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Mission Description

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Verify order accuracy and compliance.
• Enter and monitor orders in the computer system.
• Ensure the accuracy of information throughout the operational chain.
• Adhere to current accounting and tax regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding invoices and orders.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with business and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing processes.
• Provide reports and analyses on sales and billing to relevant managers.
• Continuously improve processes and tools related to your role.

Profile Requirement

Ideal Profile

• HSC holder or a degree in Accounting or any related field.
• Previous experience in international billing, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and under pressure.
• Team player with a strong customer service orientation.
• Committed and able to work independently.

Knowledge of French accounting principles is a plus.
