HealthActiv is currently looking for a passionate Beauty & Wellness Advisor who will be responsible to provide wellness, beauty and skincare advice to clients and ensure an excellent level of customer service.

HealthActiv is currently looking for a passionate Beauty & Wellness Advisor who will be responsible to provide wellness, beauty and skincare advice to clients and ensure an excellent level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultations: To conduct consultations and provide individualized recommendations to clients regarding skincare, haircare, makeup, and wellness products and services
• Product Knowledge and Trends: To Keeping up to date with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty and wellness industry
• Client relationship: To build and maintain strong client relationships through elevated level of service
• Marketing: To assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and to participate in events.
• Reporting: To submit regular reports and feedback to the management for better decision making.
• Team collaboration: To work in close collaboration with concerned teams for the implementation of the product and promotional strategies.

Job Requirements

• At least an HSC
• Proven experience in sales and/or beauty counselling will be an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Knowledgeable of beauty trends, skincare products, cosmetics and wellness products.
• Ability to provide professional counselling to clients.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
• Strong presentation skills.
