The Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of professional beauty treatments and personalized services to guests, ensuring exceptional service standards, hygiene compliance, and an outstanding wellness experience.
Perform professional beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other aesthetic services.
Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and retail products.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in treatment rooms and equipment.
Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and fully stocked before each appointment.
Build and maintain strong guest relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
Promote and upsell spa products and services to achieve revenue targets.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
Maintain accurate guest records and treatment history.
Support spa reception when required (booking appointments, handling payments).
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.
Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a spa, hotel, or beauty clinic (luxury environment preferred).
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
