• Greet and seat guests in a professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle guest requests and escalate complaints where necessary

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Form 5 or equivalent
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
