Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers based on the standards of the hotel and their preferences;
• Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked;
• Manage inventory, order supplies, monitor stock levels, and maintain equipment;
• Responsible for creating and testing new drink recipes to keep the menu interesting;
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations;
• Be able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently;
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
