We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Heritage Le Telfair!
Overview of the Role 🔍
To deliver high-quality coffee and beverage service while ensuring a welcoming and professional guest experience in line with the hotel’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities 📋
• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and espresso-based drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies, and assist with inventory management.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯
• Previous barista experience in a hotel, café, or high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
