The Bar Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by taking beverage orders, serving drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel or restaurant standards
Take beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
Prepare basic cocktails, mocktails, and beverages as required
Ensure correct use of glassware and bar equipment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times
Follow Food & Beverage (F&B) service standards and procedures
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assist with stock control, requisitions, and bar setup
Adhere to cash handling procedures (where applicable)
Promote responsible alcohol service in line with company policy
Work closely with bartenders, supervisors, and service teams
