DMS BPO Services Ltd is currently looking for customer-oriented individual who can contribute positively to its dynamic working environment towards meeting its goals by ensuring full compliance of the financial interests of the company.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Check KYC documents and activate accounts
  • Monitor and update existing account opening procedures
  • Process and monitor client deposits & bonus operations
  • Investigate and process client withdrawal requests
  • Processing and proceeding with affiliate payments
  • Process internal and external transfers
  • Conduct security checks of clients via telephone, request additional documentation and communicate with banks and processors
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-fraud policy by conducting thorough investigations
  • Provide assistance to all department for back office related tasks in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with general finance/ KYC inquiries
  • Report to Team Leader as per the reporting requirements
  • Carry out any further duties assigned by your line manager
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment

 

 REQUIREMENTS 

  • Diploma or University/ College Degree in Accounting/ Mathematics or a Management field or any equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in English and in at least one additional language
  • I.T. Proficient
  • Minimum 1 year experience in AML/ CFT, compliance, data entry, processing of transactions or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi task and able to work within strict deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays and in shifts that suits business requirement on a 24/5 rota basis (shifts: 07:00-15:30; 15:30-midnight; Midnight-7am)
