Summary

Have a helicopter view of the complete BIA SAP solution for the module Business Object (BO) and the connection with SAP modules. This includes the full understanding of process and SAP configurations.

What will be your responsibilities?

1. Consultancy & Project management 

  • Be a module owner for Business Object (BO), the related processes of BIA and related entities
  • Analyze, Develop and Promote the usage of BO
  • Design, build and manage solutions using SAP Business Objects to deliver accurate information in the form of lists, reports & dashboard
  • Collaborate with solution providers for all enhancements of IT tools for BO related topics
  • Support all the consultants with your technical expertise
  • Document and validate specification of Functional Requirement (FRS) together with the BPO and send for approval to the Functional Project Manager
  • Plan, test and coordinate deployment of IT tools for related topics in collaboration with the Functional Project Manager
  • Keep all IT tools user friendly, especially those which will be used by BIA and related entities’ employees


2. Training & Support for IT related tools 

  • Increase the internal knowledge on utilisation of the IT tools of the BIA depts., Management of the Group and its related entities
  • Give end-users training with the usage of the BIASAPS SharePoint information and other applications
  • Plan and coordinate training in collaboration with other Project Consultants 
  • End-user 3e level support using the ticket system of SysAid
  • Integration testing of incident and change request tickets


3. Innovation, Facilitator & Documentation for IT related tools

  • Provide innovative ideas to the Management to enhance business processes
  • Act as a facilitator between the Management, BPO, BPM, staff and internal & external consultants
  • Establish, publish, maintain and ensure all documentation are up to date
  • Process optimazation or automation of business processes ideas

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in IT related fields
  • Fluent in French and English both oral and written
  • At least relevant three years’ working experience in in Reporting tools (SAP BO, Qlik View, Power BI or Similar solutions), querying data sources (SQL), working with the data manager
