Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Bakery Chef to join their Production Unit
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items for both inflight and inland catering services.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings.
Ensure products meet required standards of presentation, taste, and quality.
Supervise bakery staff and coordinate daily production schedules.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of ingredients.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Pastry/Bakery or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in large-scale or airline catering environments.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Creativity and attention to detail in product presentation.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
