Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Bakery Chef to join their Production Unit

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items for both inflight and inland catering services.

  •  Contribute innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings.

  • Ensure products meet required standards of presentation, taste, and quality.

  • Supervise bakery staff and coordinate daily production schedules.

  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of ingredients.

  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Pastry/Bakery or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in large-scale or airline catering environments.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Creativity and attention to detail in product presentation.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
