Role Description

A B2B/Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all contractual agreements with business clients, ensuring compliance, profitability, and smooth coordination between sales, projects, procurement, and delivery.

Key Responsibilites

 

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with B2B clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with B2B clients.
  • Support sales teams in structuring deals that balance profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve disputes or contractual issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to align deliverables with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage risks related to scope changes, delays, or penalties.
  • Oversee procurement contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Track debtors and ensure timely payments in line with contract terms.
  • Work with finance teams to forecast revenue and manage profitability.
  • Lead a Projects/Installation team, providing guidance and training.
  • Develop policies and procedures for contract management.

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales, project management, and procurement.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (ELASTIK) 
  • Analytical mindset with risk management expertise.
  • Leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Working conditions

  • Based at Jin Fei, Riche Terre
  • Free Parking - Own a vehicle? No worries — parking is free to all employees
  • Working hours: 08H00 to 17H00 Monday to Friday, Saturdays 08H00 - 13H00
