Bay Capital, an India focused investment manager investing across public and private markets is seeking for an Associate to join its back office team. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• To maintain accounting records
• To calculate net asset valuation of funds managed by the Company
• To conduct due diligence checks on the investors
• To assist in the preparation of the audited financial statements
• To prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Company, ensuring that all key performance indicators are properly documented.
