Assistant Storekeeper

To provide assistance for the smooth running of Warehouse operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide assistance during the reception of goods in the warehouse by operating the Hand Operated Manual Lifter, ensuring all cases are sorted by expiry dates.
• Take photos of some crushed cases are taken to be used as supporting information for complaints / refund procedures.
• To highlight any major issues / discrepancies immediately to the Storekeeper (e.g., damaged goods, discrepancies in stock count etc.)
• Provide assistance during the delivery of goods to Company Vans by operating the Hand Operated Manual Lifter
• Ensure that delivery is done as per Invoice and Goods Receipt Note. Particular attention should be given to Bin Locations and Expiry Dates
• Ensure availability of working materials, for instance tapes, distilled water, cleaning materials etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least a Form 3 education, with SC or HSC qualifications preferred.
• Previous Experience in a related field is a plus but not a must. 

Knowledge and Technical Competencies 

• Good Physical Condition

• Communication Skills.
