ABC Motors is looking for an Assistant Parts Manager

 

ABC Motors is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager - Spare Parts Department. The duties are:

  • Ensuring parts are available as requested by other business managers and clients
  • Preparing and reviewing the pricing policy
  • Working on policies for customer retention and satisfaction
  • Planning on availability of required parts and conducting forecasts about future needs
  • Ensuring smooth running of different divisions
  • Assisting the manager in all marketing initiatives for meeting profitability and sales targets
  • Assisting the manager in managing the workforce

 

Candidate Profile

  • Degree holder
  • Experience at managerial level
  • Good leadership, communication and customer service skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and odd hours
  • Experience and knowledge in automotive
