Tamassa Bel Ombre is looking for dynamic Assistant Spa Manager.
Administrative Duties
• Keeps aware of all organizational charts within The LUX* Collective.
• Maximises operational knowledge of other areas within the Spa and being capable of supporting on reception when required.
• Ensures that treatment room displays are replenished and correctly displayed.
• Informs the Spa Manager of any medical conditions or behaviour of guests that is unusual or causes concern.
• Undertakes any other relevant duties as requested by superiors.
Budget Preparation and Cost Control
• Understands the concept of “Cost of Sale” and contributes to ensuring that it is kept to a minimum whilst maintaining five star standards.
• Achieves retail and therapy sales targets through recommendations.
• Keeps an awareness of professional stock levels and communicates to the Lead Therapist as/when purchase orders need to be made.
• Maximises every sales opportunity to achieve sales target.
Internal/External Communication
• Attends Spa meetings as required
Serves as a catalyst to other Departments within the Hotel and The LUX* Collective to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the Spa and its benefits to guests.
• Liaises closely with the Lead Spa Therapist and Lead Spa Coordinator.
• Acts as an Ambassador for The LUX* Collective Spa.
QUALIFICATIONS
Recognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy.
EXPERIENCE
Working experience as a Therapist and Trainer in a Hotel Spa Environment (Minimum 2 years)
