We’re hiring a dynamic Assistant Shop Manager to join our luxury fragrance boutique located within a 5-star resort in Mauritius.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales Excellence

• Deliver a premium fragrance consultation experience to our high-end clientele

• Assist in daily boutique operations including opening/closing, stock rotation, and merchandising

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling, product knowledge, and personalised service

• Handle guest queries and concerns with professionalism and discretion

Operations & Team Support

• Work closely with the Hotel Spa Manager on planning, displays, and boutique presentation

• Contribute to visual merchandising that reflects the Galimard brand

• Support in training and mentoring junior team members

• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accuracy, and brand compliance
