Job Description

• Work in close collaboration with the Purchasing Officer.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and preparing purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain procurement records, update purchasing databases, and generate procurement reports.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and cost control initiatives.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Diploma Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing support role is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and procurement software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
