To support Cim Group’s procurement activities by helping source high‑quality, cost‑effective goods and services, ensuring efficient and compliant purchasing processes.
Responsibility
- Support procurement and finance by managing supplier onboarding and documentation.
- Assist in resolving invoice, PO, and goods reception discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate matching of POs, receipts, and invoices, and maintain proper records.
- Prepare and update monthly procurement reports and tracking sheets.
- Maintain supplier lists and support stock rotation across departments.
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries, including EPOMS support.
- Ensure timely processing and communication of approved purchase orders.
- Organize and manage the receipt of delivered goods.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement and finance procedures.
- Provide general support to the Finance and Procurement teams as needed.
- Perform other related duties within the Business Unit.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to manage confidential information, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience using advanced spreadsheets.
- Good written Business English and effective oral communication skills.
