Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about payroll and employee benefits? We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Pay and Benefits Support Officer to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee compensation and benefits records.
- Support benefit programs and resolve payroll queries.
- Prepare reports, assist with audits, and ensure compliance.
- Monitor time and attendance data and report anomalies.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
- A diploma/degree in HR, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
- Experience in payroll or HR support (preferred).
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Sicorax).
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ensures precision in payroll processing and data management.
- Identifies discrepancies and resolves payroll issues effectively.
- Comfortable using payroll and HRIS systems and troubleshooting software issues.
- Works well with HR colleagues and other departments.
- Responds to employee queries with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
