11 | Inform TM on VIPs and specific requests | |||||||
12 | Keep up-to-date with daily events | |||||||
13 | Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required | |||||||
14 | Ensure guests' satisfaction | |||||||
15 | Assist the “In Villa Dinning Manager” to plan, organise and supervise catering activities like Events CBO or Outside Catering | |||||||
16 | Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel | |||||||
17 | Ensure energy saving (electricity, gas, water) | |||||||
Assist the Oulet Manager to: | ||||||||
18 | Ensure a proper manning during the shift | |||||||
19 | Manage the outlet’s budget efficiently and effectively | |||||||
20 | Ensure that all transactions regarding guests checks are dealt with | |||||||
21 | Ensure efficient use of materials and equipments to minimise wastage | |||||||
22 | Ensure energy saving (electricity, gas, water) | |||||||
23 | Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System | |||||||
24 | Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies | |||||||
25 | Lead the team in the absence of outlet manager | |||||||
26 | Supervise grooming within the outlet | |||||||
27 | Request repairs to the Maintenance department and ensure follow up | |||||||
28 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units |
29 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
