He carries out all his missions in compliance with internal procedures and legal framework: GO/GE ADMINISTRATION (LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURES)

 

GENERIC MISSIONS

  • Manage employment contracts
  • Participate in the follow-up of mandatory declarations to local authorities
  • Participate in the visa/work permit process with the local administration
  • Update the HRIS: input of files, movements, evaluations, travel expenses
  • Participate in the production of weekly/monthly reports and communicate them to the Country Office and support services.
  • Reimburse GO/GE travel expenses in accordance with the process and budget.
  • Participate in the dissemination and application of health, safety and working conditions procedures, as well as in the detection of possible problems.

SOCIAL WATCH

  • Participate in the transmission of HR information within the village
  • Participate in the process of integrating GO/GEs into the village and raising their awareness of local culture
  • Participate in the proper functioning of employee representative bodies
  • Have a duty to alert and monitor HR practices
  • Contribute to the quality of the village's social dialogue (active listening, anticipation, etc.)

YOUR PROFIL

Available to be compulsorily accommodated at Club Med Resort 6 days

• Degree and experience in the function would be an advantage

• Bilingual French and English. Another European foreign language would be appreciated
