Provides assistance and information to educational tours and ensures customers are well informed about hotel features and facilities.
Ensures that all delegated duties are performed in accordance with hotel standards, checklists, and management instructions.
Conducts regular spot-checks within the Front Office Department to verify adherence to procedures and service standards, and reports findings to the Front Office Manager.
Assists the Front Office Manager in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and monitors their effective execution.
Optimises the use of human resources within the Front Office by preparing monthly duty rosters, allocating workstations and tasks as required, and assisting in the recruitment or release of subordinates as instructed by the Front Office Manager.
Conducts daily briefings with Team Members to communicate important information and resolve operational issues.
Reviews daily arrivals, departures, and movements to ensure smooth operations.
Oversees guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
Ensures that all items left by guests at the Front Office are safely secured and properly documented.
Performs accuracy checks on reservations and related processes to ensure full compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
