To ensure the smooth and effective running of day-to-day goods receiving and store operation. Conduct monthly F&B inventories for Stores and Outlets. Prepare monthly F&B cost report and month-end reconciliation reports. Conduct regular spotchecks.
-To ensure that Supplier's Invoices for Direct Purchases are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
-To verify prices as per monthly survey report from Purchasing Dept.
-To compare details of quantities, unit costs, etc., on purchase orders to those on authorized purchase requests.
-To ensure that all invoices being sent to Accounts Payable section have all supporting documents in terms of PR/PO, correctness of prices and quantities have been checked.
-To ensure all returns have been properly documented and accounted.
-To ensure that all controls as per FOCUS are put in place and there is a monthly reporting of the status of same.
-To spot check at random:
-To work out costing of recipes.
-To verify the minibar inventory on a daily basis (inventory sheet vs. micros vs. opera revenue).
-To ensure submission of expiry report of products from minibar attendant on a monthly basis, so as to take necessary corrective actions
-To do spot checks for items prepared versus items requisitioned.
-To attend month end and other stocktaking activities in all Food & Beverage and general areas.
-Reconcile and obtain explanation on variation and prepare Inventory Adjustment for authorisation.
-To ensure that spoilage are reported on proper formalized documents.
- To investigate reasons for spoilage issue forms and post through the system.
-To ensure proper filing of all control documents
-To maintain organized files of all stock take, Operating Equipment and FF&E records.
-To ensure that the files are properly archived
- Preferably male candidate
- Minimum 2 years experience within the same field
- Minimum Higher School Certificate
- Proven knowledge of inventory and control methods, practices and procedures.
- Good knowledge of applicable computer software packages and applications.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good critical thinking and time management skills.
