• Monitor stock levels and coordinate requisitions.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

• Support cost control and efficient resource usage.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Handle staff attendance and prepare duty rosters using AGV Vipertex system.
