The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for supervising general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that the company's accounts are updated and well maintained
- To prepare the financial statements of the company
- Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant
- Analysing complex financial reports and records
- Be involved in clients recovery and make sure that positive results are obtained
- Actively participate in the function of Trade Receivables and Payables
- Ensure the registration of all purchases and disbursements
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Preparation of statement of accounts
- To prepare end of months accounting reports of the company
- Supervise accounting operations and audit work
- Liaise with the Administrative and Financial Manager to improve financial procedures
