ABC Motors Co. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, and support during audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and ledgers
Prepare bank and supplier reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Handle invoices, payments, and journal entries
Assist in preparing financial reports and statutory returns
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate with Accounting and Mathematics
- ACCA Level 2 or 3 partly completed
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the current position or equivalent
- Conversant with Microsoft office package
- Excellent negotiation skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Committed to work to periodic finance deadlines such as month-end.

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Computer literate with very good proficiency in Ms Excel
- Good communication and written skills in English and French.
