Asset & Operation Officer

Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and operational support of heritage-listed and conservation-sensitive properties

Alteo Property Ltd is looking for a responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and operational support of heritage-listed and conservation-sensitive properties. This includes landscape management, contractor supervision, compliance with heritage standards, and support for conservation and rehabilitation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and carry out preventive and reactive maintenance for buildings, landscapes, and farming equipment.
• Manage landscaping tasks including mowing, pruning, irrigation, and soil care.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with heritage and safety regulations.
• Oversee conservation and rehabilitation projects, including budgeting, documentation, and permits.
• Conduct asset inspections, maintain compliance records, and support capital planning.
• Ensure safe and effective site operations, utilities management, and emergency readiness.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill:

• School Certificate (IGCSE), High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Background in Facilities Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, or Heritage Conservation.
• Proven experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or farming operations. 
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across projects.
• Strong communication and contractor coordination skills.
• Knowledge of WHS standards and heritage preservation practices.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
