Area Manager is responsible for ensuring that shop managers and their staffs keep stops to the highest possible standards, being well organised and properly merchandised at all times; and that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
Responsibiities
- Manage daily operations of a group of retail outlet within assigned area to meet business goals
- Develop safe and positive work environment for staffs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delievering timely nd quality services
- Analyse capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectivenes and profitability
- Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time
- Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility withion assigned area
- Perform market research to study clients behaviour, latest trends and competitor activity
- Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunites
- Supervise and guide a team of shop assistant and shop manager to maximise revenue
- Assist in interviews and staff recruitment
- Train staffs on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer services activities
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans
- Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements
- Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner
Qualification
- Degree in Retail Management, Management, Business Studies, Marketing Fashion Management and any other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail activities
- Valid a Motor Car (COMPULSORY)
- Aged between 25 and 35 years old
- Knowledge about the brand and fashion trends
