Arcade Technician

We are looking for a reliable Arcade Technician to maintain, repair, and support arcade machines and interactive games in a busy leisure environment. The role focuses on ensuring all equipment is safe, operational, and delivering a great guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and repair arcade machines and interactive games

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults

• Respond quickly to equipment issues during operating hours

• Assist with installation and setup of new machines

• Ensure equipment is safe and meets company standards

• Keep basic maintenance and repair records

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience repairing arcade machines, amusement equipment, or similar systems

• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

PREFERRED (NOT ESSENTIAL)

• Technical training or certificate (electrical, electronics, or mechanical)

• Experience in leisure, entertainment, or hospitality environments

• Knowledge of cashless or card-based gaming systems
