Job Description :

  • Integration design & build: Improve and streamline system integration processes; design, develop, and implement pipelines or application/workflow integrations.
  • Data & reporting: Develop a deep understanding of underlying data models and business usage; build and maintain reports and operational data flows that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Quality & testing: Assist in data validation/ data reconciliations; troubleshoot integration issues; ensure fixes are verified and documented.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Work with business teams to prepare clear functional specifications and reporting requirements; provide integration support for installed systems.
  • Documentation: Produce and maintain user and technical documentation.

 

Required technical & Professional expertise: 

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Advanced SQL (MS SQL Server preferred; DB2/AS400 a plus) and strong database-centric development skills.
  • 2+ years in applications/integration development, including reports development (e.g., SSIS, Power BI) and/or experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (e.g., Finance/Procurement/HCM) in Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills; customer/business-focused; calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Experience working with API integrations is a strong plus.
  • Insurance/Financial Services domain knowledge would be an advantage.

What you’ll do

  • Test planning: Analyze Business Requirements, User Stories, and related artefacts; contribute to the test strategy, scope, and plan.
  • Design & execution: Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and data; execute system, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end tests as required by each project.
  • Defect management: Log issues in the bug tracking tool, investigate root causes, collaborate with squads to triage, verify fixes, retest and close defects.
  • Quality advocacy: Track test progress, risks, and coverage; make clear recommendations on release readiness and testing improvements.
  • Estimations: Provide effort/workload estimates based on functional scope and acceptance criteria.
  • Test automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and smoke suites; contribute to CI execution visibility.
  • Confidentiality & compliance: Handle information responsibly and ensure data is processed in line with company policies.
