Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for SAP platform in the FI/CO task, from Design, build and configuration to support based on the business and application requirements and processes;
  • Responsible for all aspects of FI/CO module;
  • Lead meetings, perform testing, offer training, work on new initiatives, manage all phases of the implementation;
  • Analyze and solve incidents;
  • Coordinate changes and problem-solving with our partners;
  • Recommend and prepare documentation on best practices, business procedures, reporting, SAP configuration and master data maintenance;
  • Provide coaching and consulting to team members and key users;

Profile:
Technical Background Expected:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • SAP Financials consulting and configuration experience with a leading ‘systems
    integration’ firm
  • Experience in a at least three lifecycles of SAP implementations
  • Three (3) years progressive experience with design, configuration, and support of SAP FICO
  • Exposure to Financial sub-modules within ECC including AR, AP, GL, AA, CO-CCA, CO- PCA, CO-PC, Internal Orders.
  • ABAP skills are a strong plus and experience with BI/BW is a plus; experience in User Stories (Jira / Confluence as tools)
  • Certification in Agile collaboration
  • Experience & certification in Agile collaboration, ideally in Scrum Methodology
  • SAP configuration / ABAP link also to Solution Designer (basically, the solution designer would be an application designer with more experience – especially in requirements analysis)

Soft skills Expected:

  • Good interpersonal skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning and executing projects and changes;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills;
  • Ability to work independently, and report on status and planning of own work;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experienced in working for an international company.
