The Analyst - Learning and Development is responsible for the coordination, administration and delivery of a range of learning and development activities and projects as established by the requirements of CFSL.
Responsibility
- The Analyst - Learning and Development will be the point of contact for learning and development queries and assist the Learning and Development Manager in rolling out the learning strategy and contribute in developmental aspects.
- Assist with the preparation of the Learning and Development Plan in conjunction with the CFSL’s People Strategy and broader CFSL Team
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning solutions.
- Liaise with external training providers and vendors to arrange courses, certifications, and seminars and manage both MQA and HRDC processes
- Collaborate with Managers and Departmental Heads to understand specific training needs and ensure training aligns with Departmental and Organizational goals.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and handouts
- Maintain records of employee participation in training programs and ensure all records are up-to-date
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report on learner progress
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire training sessions and providing necessary learning resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs – develop surveys, feedbacks and assessments
- Track training budgets and assist with cost management and resource allocation for learning initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on trends in learning and development, including new tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Prepare reports on training activities, attendance and outcomes
- Assist with and drive the smooth onboarding/induction of new staff.
- Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with all staff.
- Assist in all talent related activities such as, but not limited to, succession planning, Talent development/assessment, engagement sessions.
- Work closely with the Manager – L&D in development of talent focused learning/growth initiatives
- Promote a positive employer brand with a view to attracting and retaining talent
- Partner with Project owners with a view to support in project deliverables;
- Seek ways to improve HR and L&D offering through enhancing digitalization efforts across all functions of HR;
- Constantly strive to provide an innovative HR solution;
- Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with all staff to sustain the reputation of HR team as a customer focused function;
- Update all tracking in an efficient and effective manner;
- Create and maintain employee data on all specified HRIS;
- Assist with filling and safekeeping of documents;
- Prepare and maintain metrics reports as and when required;
- Assist in preparation of any related analytics, reports and/or presentations;
- Assist in follow up of outstanding documentation/feedback;
- Assist in any external & internal audit processes by providing required information as authorised and requested;
- Assist in ensuring current and future policies and processes are adhered to
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be required within the Business Unit.
- In addition, this role will be responsible for the development, maintenance and administration of robust learning and development systems and processes.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. (Or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development, HR, or administrative role.
